Shipping policy

Typically all items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise specified). For denim please allow up to 5 days to ship as some items are made to order. If you require and item sooner please reach out and we'll try to accommodate your request.

FOR US CUSTOMERS - Shipping costs include duties, taxes and customs fees. That's it.

We offer local pick up in Toronto Ontario. A notification will be sent when your item is ready for pick up from our studio located at 1558 Dupont Street. Pick ups are available from Tuesday to Sunday 12pm - 6pm. If you require an alternative pick up time please contact info@spaboy.biz

International shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. To have an item express shipped internationally please contact spaboyinc@gmail.com and we can arrange it :)

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders, or items damaged in transit. Please check that your delivery address is correct and secure. We are a small business (not Amazon)! That said, get in touch if you have any issues and we will help out as best we can from our end.
